Chef Biju brings 25 years of culinary adventure to Chilli Flakes. His journey started with the prestigious Taj Group of Hotels in India, leading him through Dubai and Bahrain before settling in Canada. This rich, international experience has shaped his unique culinary perspective.

Chef Biju's expertise includes:

  • Mastery of multiple cuisines, including Indian, Middle Eastern, and Western

  • Specialty in creating exquisite seafood dishes, drawing from coastal Indian traditions

  • A keen eye for plating and presentation, turning each dish into a visual masterpiece

With 29 years of culinary experience, Chef Pradeep's journey is a testament to his passion for diverse cuisines. Beginning with mastering traditional Kerala cuisine, his career has taken him through the Middle East and finally to Canada, honing his skills in authentic Indian, Chinese, and Canadian dishes along the way.

Chef Pradeep is renowned for his talent in creating exquisite Kerala Sadhya and other popular South Indian dishes. His expertise extends to
